refunds?

what if i ghost, cancel, last minute or am super late?
if you’re late, you will have a shorter window of time to be typed in, and therefore may have an incomplete typing result. if you cancel last minute, you forfeit the fee. i need at least 48 hours notice. if you change your mind after purchasing but before we do the call i don’t offer refunds. only purchase if you are 100% sure you can afford it and you want it. if you ghost then i keep your money. how lucky for me!

what if i have questions after our call?
you'll have time at the end of our zoom to ask some questions, but if you have more after our call you’ll be emailed a link to book a follow-up call/s. please note, due to the price of this service it does NOT include follow-up questions.
