do any of these feel icky or dangerous to you? they're probably pointing to your core enneagram type (or one of your fixes).
try it out!
enneagram type 1 - when you feel the need to be critical of yourself or others, find the beauty in the mess and imperfection - and loose up a little, honey.
enneagram type 2 - when you feel the need to "help" step back and trust that others have got this themselves - and show yourself a little love.
enneagram type 3 - when you feel the need to impress and compete with others, show up just as yourself - and enjoy seeing another person shine.
enneagram type 4 - when you feel the need to be the special exception or everyone else suffers, commune and soak in the relatable mundanity - oooh, hurts so good.
enneagram type 5 - when you feel the need to withdraw and wall off your mental gold from the intrusive masses, expand and share.
enneagram type 6 - when you feel the need to seek guidance outside of yourself, trust yourself instead.
enneagram type 7 - when you feel the need to flee and start something new, stay and keep going going.
enneagram type 8 - when you feel the need to puff up and harden, soften and allow.
enneagram type 9 - when you feel the need to recede and dissociate, be present and express yourself.
if fear comes up for you - reframe it as excitement. if it feels dangerous - yay! this is one of the keys to self-mastery. if something goes sideways - great - it just means you're getting your sea legs and it's gonna keep getting better.
